On April 8, 2022, the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners of the Company signed the Environmental Policy Charter which contains the Statement, Introduction, Reference, Scope and Environmental Context, the contents of the Environmental Policy, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Mechanisms and Procedures for Handling Environmental Grievances.
