The Internal Audit Unit is an independent audit team led by a Head of Internal Audit, who is appointed, dismissed, and directly accountable to the President Director with the approval of the Board of Commissioners. In carrying out his or her duties, the Head of Internal Audit is supported by the Internal Audit Unit. The structure of the Company’s Internal Audit Unit is as follows:
In carrying out its duties and responsibilities, the Internal Audit Unit is equipped with operational guidelines in the form of an Internal Audit Unit Charter, which was first established on October 19, 2017. The Internal Audit Unit Charter has been periodically reviewed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Charter was last revised and updated on July 1, 2021.
