Product Marketing Officer
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the development and execution of product marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business goals and target customers.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to understand product features, customer needs, and market trends.
- Create compelling product messaging, positioning, and content that highlights the product's value and differentiates it from competitors.
- Develop and manage product-related marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts.
- Support the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating marketing activities and preparing launch materials.
- Work with digital marketing teams to optimize online campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid ads.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates).
- Assist in organizing product webinars, events, and other promotional activities.
- Understand the telecommunications industry landscape, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our product marketing strategies remain relevant and effective.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field from reputable university.
- Have 2 years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging product content.
- Good understanding of marketing strategies, product positioning, and customer segmentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, etc.)
- Experience with social media platforms and content management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Market Research & Consumer Insight (Product Specialist)
Responsibilities :
- Market Analysis & Industry Trends. Conduct in-depth research on telecommunications industry trends, including 5G, SD-WAN, IoT, and cloud connectivity. Identify market opportunities and potential growth areas for new services or business expansion.
- Competitor Analysis. Monitor competitors' strategies, including pricing, product features, and marketing approaches. Analyze strengths and weaknesses of competitors to develop more competitive strategies.
- Customer Research & Needs Analysis. Gather customer insights through surveys, interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and data analysis. Identify customer preferences for services such as broadband, SD-WAN, VoIP, and enterprise solutions.
- Data Processing & Visualization. Utilize analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau) to analyze market data. Create reports and dashboards to provide insights to management and product teams.
- Forecasting & Business Intelligence. Use quantitative and qualitative methods to predict customer growth trends and revenue projections. Assist in data-driven business decision-making.
- Support Marketing Strategy & Product Development. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop strategies based on research findings. Provide recommendations on customer segmentation, pricing strategy, and product positioning.
- Service Performance Evaluation & Customer Satisfaction. Measure customer satisfaction with existing services and provide recommendations for improvements. Monitor churn rates and develop strategies to reduce customer attrition.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors or Master Degree in Business, Management, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or Telecommunications Engineering from reputable university.
- 3-5 years of experience in Market Research, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Planning, particularly in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Data Analytics: Proficiency in Excel (pivot, lookup), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Market Intelligence: Experience in market analysis, customer surveys, and competitor benchmarking.
- Statistics & Forecasting: Understanding of basic statistical methods for trend analysis and market predictions.
- Telecommunications Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IP , Networking , broadband, SD-WAN, etc.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Data Center Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Monitoring in accordance with the provisions of safety & healthy base on ISO standard.
- Checking device and checking alarm on at Infrastructure Data Centre.
- Supervise Execute EWO and closing it.
- Supervise Periodic Maintenance equipment Data Center.
- Supervise all guests and vendor at Data Center.
- Support Inventory all of devices in Data Center.
- Report Activity, monitoring infrastructure Data Center
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication or related, from reputable university.
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Have knowledge about Telecommunication, Networking & Data Center.
- Understanding System Operation, Cooling System, Power System, Genset Operation & Fire suppression.
- Computer literate Hardware and Software, internet is a must.
- Work placement: Surabaya or Bali.
Building Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Create Job Planning for maintenance CME, HVAC and other building facilities.
- Monitoring and check technician team for Maintenance work, repairs and work order are done in accordance with schedules and procedures.
- Monitoring building tools and equipment building.
- Monitoring and check Building Maintenance Progress running as per planning.
- Monitoring and control material fast moving available.
- Manage and monitoring budget for maintenance, repair, operational, electrical and water for HO and all branch.
- Responsible for creating RAB and drawing design.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Architecture or equivalent from reputable university.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Accustomed to making RAB and using AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Good knowledge about CME, HVAC & Maintaining High Rise Building and Fire alarm system.
- Strong leadership, service oriented, problem solving and fast respons.
Civil Mechanical Electrical Sr. Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Propose and monitoring 2D & 3D drawing Infrastructure and Electrical Data Center.
- Propose Structural drawings and blueprints Data Center.
- Monitoring and check Building Maintenance Progress running as per planning.
- Maintain the assets that exist in the section well (software copy & hardware copy).
- Supervise Construction Activities Data Center.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Civil, Electrical engineer, Architecture or equivalent, from reputable university.
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Supervisor in related field is required for this position, preferably in Telecommunication/Service Provider company.
- Accustomed to making RAB and using AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Have knowledge in civil mechanical engineering (CME).
- Understand Data Center Procedure & Policies.
- Have knowledge of telecommunication system & engineering.
- Strong leadership, service oriented, problem solving and fast respons.
Account Manager Corporate
Responsibilities :
- Identify market potential and qualifying accounts.
- Collect and analyze market information; plan; organize and implement project.
- Plan and achieve sales target, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze project proposals.
- Establish distribution channels with key local clients.
- Build up an effective sales team.
- Responsible for overall relationship with the customer.
