The Batam-Dumai Cable-system will be in operation commercially in Q4 2009. The system will cover more than 300 km optic fiber link between Batam and Dumai with the capacity up to 8 Lambda (8 x 10 Gbps).

TowerNew sites scheme
Moratelindo builds towers
Moratelindo will responsible for sitac, constructions, O&M
Moratelindo markets the sites to customers

Build to Suit Scheme
Customer orders Moratelindo to build towers at defined locations within certain design parameters and time frame (RNP)
Moratelindo will responsible for sitac, constructions, O&M and leasing to other parties
Customer commits to lease space on sites on a long term basis with reduced price

Sale & rent back scheme
Moratelindo acquires the towers (asset-deal, ownership transferring)
Customer receives cash and lease back the sites with exclusivities and price reductions
Moratelindo rents also to 2nd and 3rd tenants (OLO’s)

Marketing Partnership scheme
Customer retains ownership of tower assets, outsourced to Moratelindo
Moratelindo markets the available space to 2nd and 3rd tenants
The rental fees will be shared to Customer
Any additional work/upgrade of towers will be Moratelindo’s responsibility and Customer will pay O&M fees to Moratelindo

Trading Partnership scheme
Customer delivers Moratelindo for 2nd and 3rd tenants, in-return, Moratelindo delivers/finds tower for Customer to be leased as 2nd or 3rd tenants
Any additional work/upgrade of towers will be Customer’s responsibility
Customer will pay finding-fee and O&M fees to Moratelindo
