HEAD OF IP CORE ENGINEERING
GENERAL PURPOSE
The Manager, IP Core Engineering, part of Network Engineering, will lead the IP Core engineering team and be responsible for contributing toward the design, architecture, and support Levels 2, 3, and 4 support for Internet Network Services, VOIP and network management tools. This includes planning, specification, implementation, administration and maintenance of equipment services for all the above responsibilities in the corporate office and remote sites. The Manager of IP Engineering will lead and be responsible for managing IP Engineering team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, architect and provide Levels 2, 3, and 4 Support of Cisco-based Routers, Switches, Gateways, Security Solutions, and Network Management Solutions
• Design, architect and provide L4 Support for network security functions such as maintain Cisco core, aggregation, and access environment
• Provides recommendations on architectural changes and design enhancements to the infrastructure to improve reliably and performance, reduce cost, and anticipate growth and acquisition
• Create / update policies, procedures, and documentation to adapt to new technologies and business requirements
• Maintain relationship with peering partners for the existing and future network installations
• Coordinate and act as liaison with vendors and business partners of various organizations to procure equipment and services related to core, aggregation, and access systems for IP backbone
• Maintain detailed knowledge of company network standards and the overall local, regional and global network environments
• Plan and assist in the design and implementation of networking infrastructures (cabling, terminations, patch panels) related to data, voice and video communications
• Coordinates with peering partners for installation, upgrade and disconnect of data circuits
• Responsible for managing and maintaining the IP backbone capacity at 50% utilization
• Responsible of configuring and maintaining a proactive Network Monitoring System leveraging existing tools in order to maintain and track Networks important metrics
• Performs ongoing network fine tuning, upgrades and enhances to optimize Network performance, availability, stability and security
• Responsible for performing frequent Network Trending & Analysis and make recommendations and changes accordingly to maximize performance and minimize costs
• Exceed Customer Expectations
• Create and document procedures for provisioning new customer services
• Implement new procedures for installations and support techniques when improvements or changes are required to maintain goal of exemplary customer service.
• Work with Network Engineering and Planning for deployment of new technologies and enhancements to current infrastructure
• Allocate resources for network builds and network element installation
• Trouble ticket escalations
• Experience configuring and supporting MPLS VPN per IETF RFC 2547
PERIPHERAL DUTIES
• Support and escalation for all IP services provided by Internet Operations
• Staffing of the IP Engineering
• Reports to the Operations Director
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
• Degree holders in Computer Science, Computer / Electronic Engineering, Information Technology
• 7-10 years of networking experience
• 3-5 years of managing and leading a team of network engineers
• Certifications in: Cisco CCNP, CCNA is a must
• Cisco Switch, Router, and Load Balancing Equipment,
• Cisco Pix Firewall, Cisco VPN Concentrator, Cisco Call Manager and
• Cisco Unity, SNMP network management, highly desirable
• Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP-4), MPLS, WAN circuit experience is a must
• Experience in a very wide range of leading edge and traditional network and IP Telephony technologies
• Knowledge of Cisco ACS server and triple A (Authentication, Authorization and Access)
• Knowledge of Cisco IPS and Cisco SAFE
• IP-4 / IP-6 knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of VPN tunneling and IPSec is a plus
• Experience in WAN MPLS deployments is preferred
• Experience in VOIP deployments is a plus

IT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Develop and execute IT Development plans, and manage schedules, resource allocation and budget. This includes managing joint development with 3rd party vendors, and managing outsourced development.
• Ensure, and provide software development framework, practices and operations to ensure reproducible development and high quality, while keeping costs under control

• Ensure development meets or exceeds user requirements. This includes ensuring that product designs are well document and communicated.

• Provide leadership and guidance to coach, monitor, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development
• Helping developers resolve problems both technical as well as human resources issues , tracking and approving vacation and personal days for employees within their teams and monitoring individual employees
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from reputable university
• Minimum 7 years experience in application development, with minimum 2 years experience in managing development teams.
• Strong J2EE programming skills and knowledge on Java Technology is required
• Strong Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Good experience on Oracle Database and other RDBMs
• Good experience in networking and managing server
• Wide knowledge of the IT industry and the current standards
• A willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues as part of maintaining the skills necessary to manage and advocate products and projects.
• Have excellent communication and management skills.
• Ability to communicate in English (both oral & written)
JAVA PROGRAMMER/SYSTEM ANALYST
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Generate User Requirements for new Software Application or Enhancement of Existing Software Application
• Follow Standard Software Development Framework to develop software application based on defined scheduled
• Generate Software Documentations including system design, technical documentation and user manual
• Provide 2nd level support for 3rd party application and raise software issue to vendor to get software update or patching
• Provide IT related project supervision on 3rd party application implementation or join development project
• Provide User Training for related software application
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from reputable university
• 1+ years of J2EE programming
• Familiar with Development environment such as Eclipse, NetBeans
• Experience in Apache Tomcat, GlassFish or other similar Application Server
• Experience in reporting tools development such as Jasper Report is preferred
• Familiar with other programming language such as .Net or PHP is an advantage
• Understanding on framework such as Hibernate, Spring and Struts and socket programming is an advantage
• Experience in CVS, Subversion, or other version control systems is a plus
• Experience with database design, PL/SQL and stored procedure is a plus
• Capable of handling multiple assignments & projects
• Capable of gathering user requirements and designing software application
• Good Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills, fast learner & self motivated
• Must be proactive and able to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to communicate in English (both oral & written)

• Experience in Sales / Marketing especially in Telecomunication industrial, IT, CableTV & Consumer Goods. Experience in ISP/NAP will be an advantage.
